Sometimes you meet the best people in life, and I feel so lucky to have become friends with Melissa. (My hair girl! 😉 ) This is hands-down one of my favorite family shoots. First of all, Melissa let ME choose the outfits. Eeeee, I know, I was jumping up and down clapping my hands with excitement. We all know I love style, color and kids clothes! She had three very nice & neat piles of brand spankin’ new duds for everyone – even matching accessories and cowboy boots – Avery and Austin could hardly contain their excitement.
When we arrived at the spot, Avery put her hands on her hips and let out a hmppphfff. (See photos below) Her exact words – this isn’t a park! A park has a swing. Where is the swing? I think she ended up having fun despite there being no other kids or a swing set, ha! Austin was even helping me choose locations and poses – gotta love him.
